Pre-played: Used, but in good working condition. Guaranteed to include the game and original box/case with the cover art. These may or may not include instructions (based on inventory, a great majority do).
Game Only: Used, but in good working condition. Only the game itself is included (with a jewel/DVD case if it's a disc game).
If for some reason you receive a defective item we will gladly replace it, simply email us at the address above with your information

Gamers offers a free 30-day warranty on all items it sells (excluding arcades, cheating devices , hint books, Game Sharks, Action Replays, system cleanings, apparel, declared defective items and wall scrolls)
Details are as follows:
(1) The item(s) must have been purchased from a Gamers store location or affiliated website.
(2) A credit shall be issued in the amount of the original purchase (less shipping) after the item is verified defective
(3) Customer must have the original invoice/receipt
(4) Item must be in the same condition it was purchased in
(5) All new items must have original box and packaging
(6) Same item exchanges only if found defective.
(7) Items damaged during shipment must be handled with the shipping company.
